Job summary

ALDI is seeking District Manager Trainee candidates for a demanding program that lasts 44 weeks and builds the skills to oversee multiple stores in the Knoxville area. You will work closely with store managers to drive sales, service quality, and operational excellence, while developing leadership capabilities in a fast-growing environment.

Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and staged increases to $110,000, $120,000, and $130,000 over four years.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to store management and leads the store management team.
