Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week intensive training period, you will gain knowledge and hands-on experience preparing you to oversee multiple ALDI stores within the Haines City division serving the Orlando, Sarasota, and Tampa, FL regions.

The role covers full-time responsibilities with a starting salary of $95,000, a $5,000 signing bonus, and staged salary increases in years 2–4 as you progress toward district leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to develop rapport, lead store management teams, and drive performance.
• Willingness to travel domestically within district regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store management to drive sales and customer service.
• Develop action plans to improve operating results across the district.
• Recruit, promote, and staffing decisions for personnel within the district.
