You will partner with store managers to drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and foster a positive, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to develop rapport and open communication.
• Experience recruiting, selecting, promoting staff.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops the store manager team to grow sales and performance.
• Supports a positive working environment and teamwork among staff.
