Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week training period, you will gain comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience preparing you to oversee multiple stores and lead store managers toward exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and increases to $110,000, $120,000, and $130,000 in successive years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Willingness to travel domestically daily.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to develop and mentor store management teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store management team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, select, and staff district locations.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Foster a positive working environment and teamwork across the district.
• Communicate company strategy and core values to staff.
