Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years retail business experience with at least 2 years in management preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong communication, self-direction and customer service orientation.
• Ability to supervise and train Store Managers in use of store equipment, tools and materials.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes store sales through exceptional customer service, product availability, and store image.
• Reports promotions, trends and opportunities to management.
• Manages controllable costs and staffing, cash, and maintenance variances.
• Collaborates with marketing to implement promotions and new products.
• Oversees vendor relations and timely execution of monthly promotions.
• Ensures profitability by managing P&L controllable expense lines.
