Job summary

Circle K is seeking a District Manager to lead store operations across multiple locations, driving profitability and customer experience. You will oversee Store Managers, implement company initiatives, and influence financial performance through cost management and development of teams.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, budgeting, and adherence to policies to sustain growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by monitoring sales, expenses, and metrics to ensure profitability.
• Manage controllable costs including labor, overtime, cash handling, inventory, and maintenance.
• Ensure execution of promotions, merchandising, and new product launches with Marketing.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to achieve performance goals.
• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of store-level team members.
• Provide ongoing performance management including coaching, feedback, and corrective action.
