Job summary

Circle K is seeking a District Manager to lead store operations across multiple locations, driving profitability and customer experience. You will supervise Store Managers, execute company initiatives, and support financial performance through cost control and team development.

The role requires guiding leaders, analyzing trends, and ensuring compliance with policies while fostering a safe, inclusive work environment and strong ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in retail with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to train and develop store managers.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by monitoring sales, expenses, and metrics.
• Manage controllable costs including labor and inventory.
• Ensure promotions and launches are executed with Marketing.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to meet goals.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of store teams.
• Prepare and review operational and financial reports.
