Job summary

Circle K in Ohio is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and mentor a team of store managers and staff. You will partner with marketing, manage budgets and store compliance, and ensure excellent customer service and product availability.

The role requires strong leadership, budget discipline and a focus on safety, efficiency, and loss prevention. Travel is minimal; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience in retail management.
• 3–5 years of retail business experience, including management responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to supervise and train Store Managers and staff.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes store sales through excellent customer service and merchandising.
• Oversees promotions, inventory and vendor relations to ensure product availability.
• Manages controllable costs and budgets; reports variances and implements corrective actions.
• Leads staff recruitment, training, performance coaching and appraisals.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety regulations and legal requirements.
• Maintains safe, secure and productive work environment for employees and customers.
• Forecasts financial needs and helps prepare annual budget and expenditures.
