Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of retail experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by monitoring sales and costs.
• Lead Store Managers and develop their teams.
• Ensure promotions, merchandising, and product launches.
• Analyze business trends and provide actionable insights.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors for product availability.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Maintain safe, ethical, and inclusive work environment.
• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Prepare and review operational and financial reports.
