Job summary

Circle K in Bowling Green, OH is seeking a store leadership role to supervise 2+ full‑time employees and drive excellent customer service. You will recruit, train, assign tasks, and ensure store is clean, stocked, and well‑kept according to company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years of retail work experience.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in CSR/LSR/SA roles and store operations.
• Ability to use computer, analyze reports, inventory control and cash handling.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Ability to have open availability and communicate in English.
• Certificate: Food Server (e.g. ServSafe) and Food Safety Management may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees including Assistant Manager, Lead Representatives and CSRs.
• Recruits, hires and trains positive, enthusiastic employees with focus on customer service.
• Develops, manages and assigns tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized.
• Schedules employees to maximize customer service and store image.
• Maintains professional, supportive image among staff and supervisor.
• Promotes safe store image and resolves customer complaints professionally.
• Prepares performance appraisals and trainings for staff to meet company standards.
• Trains employees on safety procedures and cash handling awareness.
• Ensures timely completion of required reports and compliance with posters/signs.
• Communicates store needs and coordinates with Market Manager and suppliers.
