Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Lead, Manage and Develop People, Brand Ambassador & Operational Excellence to guide an engaged customer-facing team. You will recruit, coach, and retain frontline staff, oversee asset maintenance, and drive sales and service excellence across districts.

You will manage audits, vendor relations, and delinquency processes while utilizing analytics to identify trends and boost performance. This role operates Monday–Friday with potential travel for regional support.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in building, developing and retaining high-performing teams in retail, service, hospitality or related industry
• Proven track record of top tier performance
• Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets
• Exceptional communication and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Passion for sales and customer service excellence
• Weekend availability by telephone
• 6 work weekends per year during peak season
• Occasional travel required to other markets for support

Responsibilities

• Lead an Engaged Team by recruiting, motivating and retaining a dedicated team of front-line employees.
• Provide coaching on customer service and sales strategies to drive performance.
• Oversee operations, vendor management, repairs and maintenance standards.
• Manage delinquent tenant processes and audits to ensure safety compliance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Drive business growth using analytics to identify trends and capitalise on opportunities.
