Job summary

Public Storage seeks a dynamic Lead, Manage and Develop People to guide a frontline team and act as a Brand Ambassador for operational excellence. You will coach staff on customer service, sales strategies and communications while managing assets, audits, and vendor relationships.

The role emphasizes growth through analytics, effective leadership, and a Monday–Friday schedule with relocation opportunities for career progression within the United States.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in building, developing and retaining high-performing teams in a retail/service environment.
• Proven track record of top tier performance in customer-facing roles.
• Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets.
• Exceptional communication and time management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Weekend availability by telephone.
• 5 Saturdays per year during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a dedicated front-line team with focus on customer service and sales.
• Coach team on customer service strategies and effective communication.
• Oversee brand ambassador duties including asset care and vendor management to uphold standards.
• Drive operational excellence by auditing facilities and ensuring safety compliance.
• Grow the business using analytics to identify trends and capitalize on opportunities.
• Communicate with customers, colleagues and team members to ensure a seamless experience.
