Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop people, brand ambassador, and operational excellence across districts.

• Oversee assets, maintenance programs, vendor management and safety standards.
• Coach team to reduce delinquency, improve retention, and conduct monthly property audits.
• Drive business using analytics and implement district-wide opportunities.
