Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a dynamic leader to recruit, develop and manage a frontline customer-facing team. You will coach staff on customer service and sales techniques while maintaining assets, vendors, and cleaning standards across properties.

You will oversee delinquent processes, audit monthly properties for safety and compliance, and use analytics to spot trends and capitalize on growth opportunities. A Monday–Friday schedule is typical.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in building and retaining high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of top-tier performance.
• Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets.
• Exceptional communication and time management skills.
• Passion for sales and customer service excellence.
• Weekend availability by telephone.
• 5 Saturdays per year required during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, motivate and retain a frontline customer-facing team.
• Coach on customer service and sales strategies.

• Oversee delinquent tenant processes and reduce delinquency rates.
• Conduct monthly property audits for safety and standards.
• Provide a welcoming, well-maintained environment and address inquiries promptly.
