Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a dynamic leader to recruit, develop and retain a frontline team while elevating customer service and sales performance. You will manage assets, vendor relations, and safety standards, coaching staff to reduce delinquencies and improve retention.

The role emphasizes audits, strong communication and proactive operations across multiple markets. The position requires relocation flexibility, a track record of high performance and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets.

• Weekend availability by telephone.
• 6 work weekends per year during peak season.
• Occasional travel to other markets for support.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, motivate and retain a dedicated team of customer facing hourly front-line employees.
• Drive the team with effective communication and coaching on customer service and sales strategies.
• Manage assets, vendor relations, and cleaning standards.
• Oversee delinquent tenant processes and coach to reduce delinquencies and improve retention.
• Conduct monthly property audits and ensure safety and standards.
• Provide a welcoming, well-maintained environment and address inquiries promptly.
• Drive business using analytics to identify trends and implement opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and team-members.
