Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing team. This 100% commission-based role offers the freedom to manage your own schedule, own your pipeline in Salesforce, and help small and medium businesses adopt payment solutions.

You will build relationships, educate merchants on the payments landscape, create compelling proposals, and work with cross-functional teams to onboard new partners.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams in payments.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• A true hunter who thrives on opening doors that others walk past.
• Self-sufficient in pipeline generation: prospecting, cold-calling, networking.
• Naturally driven, curious, and always looking for ways to level up your game.
