Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group in Missouri seeks an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant management teams, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

You will train and coach general managers, manage P&L, develop local marketing strategies, recruit and promote staff, and drive performance across the district.

This role requires travel 4-5 days a week, a strong track record in multi-unit hospitality leadership, and a commitment to integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management roles, multi-unit preferred.
• Financial planning incl. budgeting, scheduling and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant management teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach General Managers, conduct performance reviews and training.
• Monitor QSC standards and store inspections for consistency.
• Drive district marketing initiatives and local promotions.
• Ensure legal/compliance and safe food handling practices.
• Recruit, develop, and promote staff to fill management roles.
• Analyze performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Travel to assigned stores 4-5 days per week.
