Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to lead restaurant management teams across the district, ensuring guest satisfaction and driving financial performance. You will coach General Managers and GMITs, monitor QSC standards, and implement company policies while maintaining a strong safety and service culture.

This role requires 7–10 years in restaurants, 3–5 years in management, and travel to stores 4–5 days per week.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit preferred).
• Financial planning including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsabilités

• Ensures all district team members are trained, motivated, and deliver total guest satisfaction.
• Evaluates restaurant QSC standards and provides coaching and inspections.
• Communicates customer feedback to restaurant management and follows up to resolve.
• Provides orientation, training, and development for GMs and GMITs.
• Trains, coaches, and provides performance feedback to staff.
