Taco Bell is seeking an Area Coach (District Manager) to oversee multiple restaurant locations, drive operational excellence, and develop leadership talent. You will ensure consistent guest experiences, maximize financial performance, and lead the rollout of new products and initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple locations and prioritize deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of multi-unit or district-level experience in restaurant or food service management.
• Proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction and retention.
• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Deep understanding of restaurant operations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers across locations.
• Build leadership pipeline and succession plans for multiple sites.
• Ensure accountability for performance and results across districts.
• Ensure consistent execution of standards, including food safety and quality.
• Drive operational improvements through systems and processes.
• Lead rollout of new products and initiatives.
• Maintain a strong guest experience and respond to concerns.
• Analyze sales, labor, and costs to drive profitability.
• Set clear expectations and monitor KPIs; promote engagement and accountability.
