Millman Search Group is seeking an Area Manager for a growing family-owned restaurant company in the Pittsburgh area. The role oversees multiple fast-food locations, coaching General Managers and restaurant teams to maintain high standards and profitability.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, develops people, and drives a strong culture with frequent visits and performance reviews across locations.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Experience managing multiple fast-food, quick-service, or high-volume restaurant locations.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, food costs, and profitability.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain employees.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach managers while holding them accountable for results.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple restaurant locations
• Partner with General Managers to establish goals and drive operational results
• Coach, develop, and hold restaurant leadership teams accountable
• Recruit, train, and retain strong restaurant employees and managers
• Monitor sales, labor, food costs, and other key performance metrics
• Ensure consistent execution of company standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Improve customer satisfaction and overall guest experience
• Conduct regular restaurant visits and operational reviews
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, staffing, and efficiency
• Assist with new restaurant openings, training, and operational initiatives as needed
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and company policies
• Build strong relationships with employees and create a positive team environment
• Communicate regularly with ownership and senior leadership regarding restaurant performance and opportunities
• Lead by example and maintain a visible presence in the restaurants
