Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company seeks a District Manager to lead multiple QSR locations, open new sites, and drive operational and financial excellence. You will oversee store performance, mentor leaders, and ensure adherence to brand standards across a growing franchise network.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic execution, and a track record of achieving revenue and cost targets, with significant travel to operate zones as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Experience in QSR, Grocery Retail, or Dunkin' a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 70% and work across multiple locations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor Store Managers and their teams.
• Ensure brand standards, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage labor and food costs to meet budgets and drive profitability.
• Drive local marketing and promotional initiatives to grow sales.
