Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a District Manager to lead a portfolio of stores and coach General Managers to deliver an outstanding customer and employee experience. You will drive operational excellence, merchandising execution, and profitable sales growth across stores, ensuring consistency in P&L reporting.

You will attract and develop top talent, monitor performance, and implement district merchandising plans using data and seasonal insights.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 3+ years multi-unit, high-volume leadership experience.
• Willing to travel overnight as required.
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs.

Responsibilities
