Old Navy is seeking a District Manager to lead a portfolio of stores and coach General Managers to deliver an exceptional customer and employee experience, drive operational excellence, merchandising execution, and profitable sales growth.

You will attract and develop the best team, monitor performance, and implement district merchandising plans while traveling between stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Multi-unit leadership experience in high-volume retail.
• Ability to coach General Managers and drive results.
• Strong merchandising and customer-experience focus.
• Willingness to travel between stores.
• Flexible to schedule including nights and holidays.
