Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team and deliver a profitable business plan. You will ensure the store hits key metrics and translate the brand vision into in-store experiences.

You will drive sales through forecasting, scheduling, merchandising, and talent development, coaching the team to provide a best-in-class customer experience. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to manage budgets and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results, identify opportunities and drive KPIs in collaboration with leadership.
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales.
• Manage store budget for daily operations in support of the P&L.
• Builds highly productive teams through sourcing, selecting and developing people.
• Coach and develop team performance and skills.
• Lead the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and initiatives.
• Create an inclusive environment and promote diversity.
• Leverage Omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
