Old Navy is seeking a District Manager to lead a portfolio of stores and coach General Managers to deliver an exceptional customer and employee experience, strong operational discipline, and profitable growth across merchandising, payroll and productivity.

You will drive results, build diverse, high-performing teams, and ensure consistent execution across locations while navigating a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years multi-unit, high-volume leadership in retail.
• Experience in merchandising and customer experience across channels.
• Ability to travel overnight and between stores.
