Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a District Manager to lead a portfolio of stores and coach a team of General Managers to deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences, while driving operational excellence, merchandising execution and profitable sales growth.

You will be responsible for ensuring consistency across stores, using data-driven insights and P&L reports to guide decisions, while building inclusive, high-performing teams in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive results in a multi-store, high-volume environment.
• Ability to hire, develop and retain strong teams across districts.
• Experience coaching General Managers to deliver excellent customer and employee experiences.
• Willingness to travel overnight and between stores as needed.
