Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a District Manager to lead a portfolio of stores and coach General Managers to deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences. You will drive operational excellence, merchandising execution and profitable sales growth across multiple locations.

You will foster top-performing, inclusive teams, analyze performance data, and maintain consistency across stores while ensuring compliance with Gap Inc. policies and procedures. Overnight travel between stores may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years multi-unit leadership in a high-volume setting.
• Ability to travel overnight between stores as required.
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry 30lbs.

Responsibilities
