Old Navy in San Francisco is seeking a District Manager to lead a portfolio of stores and coach General Managers to deliver an exceptional customer and employee experience, operational excellence and profitable sales growth.

You will drive merchandising execution, monitor performance, and ensure consistency across stores through data-driven planning, store visits, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit, high-volume, complex leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach General Managers and drive results.
• Strong merchandising and customer-experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of stores and coach GMs to deliver results.
• Drive customer and employee experience across stores.
• Ensure operational excellence and merchandising execution.
• Develop district merchandising plans using data and seasonality.
• Lead store visits and drive behavior to meet business goals.
• Plan for contingencies and solve problems with sustainable solutions.
