Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a District Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area to lead a large portfolio and oversee multiple sites. The role focuses on optimizing mobile routes, scheduling, and delivering exceptional client service.

You will drive profitability, manage resources, and elevate team performance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership experience, strong P&L skills, and a proven ability to manage multi-unit operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of leadership/management experience.
• 3+ years of multi-unit operational oversight.
• Proficiency in understanding and managing P&L statements.
• Strong communication and client interfacing skills.
• Ability to lead across diverse teams and cultures.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large, diverse portfolio across multiple sites.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and optimize routes and scheduling for mobile operations.
• Strengthen client relationships and drive long-term growth and profitability.
• Manage district operations, ensuring alignment with objectives and client expectations.
• Control costs, review P&L statements, and implement profitability strategies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
