Securitas USA is seeking a District Manager in the Bay Area to oversee a large, diverse portfolio across multiple sites, delivering exceptional client service and sustained growth. You will lead scheduling and route mapping for mobile operations, manage P&L responsibilities, and build strong client relationships.

Travel up to 50% within San Francisco and East Bay is required. This role offers a competitive compensation package including a salary range of $100,000–$110,000 plus a $500 monthly

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience.
• 3+ years of multi-unit operational oversight.
• Proficiency in understanding and managing P&L statements.
• Strong client interfacing and customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
