Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a District Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area to lead a large portfolio and oversee multiple sites. The role focuses on optimizing mobile routes, scheduling, and delivering exceptional client service.

You will drive profitability, manage resources, and elevate team performance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership experience, strong P&L skills, and a proven ability to manage multi-unit operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Must have 5+ years of leadership/management experience.
  • 3+ years of multi-unit operational oversight.
  • Proficiency in understanding and managing P&L statements.
  • Strong communication and client interfacing skills.
  • Ability to lead across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Location: Bay Area


Travel: Up to 50% travel throughout San Francisco and East Bay


The salary range for this role is from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, plus a $500/mo vehicle allowance. The compensation range may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, and applicable skills.


What You’ll Do

As a District Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large, diverse portfolio, overseeing multiple sites while strengthening the business through strong client relationships and strategic portfolio management. This position plays a key role in supporting clients across the broader region by ensuring effective day-to-day operations, making sound decisions, prioritizing resources, and driving long-term growth and profitability, with a particular focus on heavy scheduling and route mapping for mobile operations. The ideal candidate is driven, self-reliant, and results-oriented, with hands-on operational experience and a proven track record of managing sizable portfolios, optimizing mobile routes and schedules, elevating team performance, enhancing profitability, and consistently delivering exceptional service and results for clients.



  • Strategic Leadership:Manage district operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and client expectations.

  • Financial Management:Control costs, review P&L statements, and implement strategies to maximize profitabilityand growth.

  • Team Development:Lead and inspire teams to achieve exceptional performance and cultivate a culture of excellence,accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Client Relations:Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

  • Operational Excellence:Utilize modern tools to enhance efficiency, productivity, and performance,and proactively solve problems before they impact clients.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Previous experience in route mapping is a huge plus

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience

  • Excellent client interfacing

  • Demonstrated history of delivering excellent customer service

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
