Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to lead a large, diverse portfolio across multiple sites in the Houston area.

You will strengthen client relationships, drive profitability, and oversee scheduling and routing for mobile operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership experience, multi-unit oversight, and proven ability to manage P&L while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience, preferably within security management.
• 3+ years of multi-unit operational oversight
• Proficiency in understanding and managing P&L statements
• Strong operational, leadership, and organizational skills
• Excellent client interfacing
• Demonstrated history of delivering excellent customer service

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Manage district operations aligned with objectives and client needs.
• Financial Management: Control costs, review P&L, and maximize profitability.
• Team Development: Lead teams to achieve performance and continuous improvement.
• Client Relations: Build strong relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
