You will drive profitability, oversee scheduling, and develop supervisors and field teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership and 3+ years multi-unit oversight, with proven P&L experience and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience.
• 3+ years of multi-unit oversight in a high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of P&L statements.
• Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, account managers, and field teams
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and resource allocation across multiple sites
• Manage district financial performance, including full P&L responsibility
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Perform other related duties as required
