Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a District Manager to lead a large, diverse portfolio across Bay Area sites, focusing on heavy scheduling and mobile operations. You will strengthen client relationships, drive profitability, and oversee day-to-day operations with strategic portfolio management.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, route-mapping expertise, and a proven track record of delivering results in a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience.
• 3+ years of multi-unit operational oversight.
• Proficiency in understanding and managing P&L statements.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong operational, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Excellent client interfacing and customer service history.
• Previous experience in route mapping is a huge plus.
