Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience, preferably within security management.
• 3+ years of multi‑unit operational oversight
• Proficiency in understanding and managing P&L statements
• Strong operational, leadership, and organizational skills
• Excellent client interfacing and customer service history

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Manage district operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and client expectations.
• Financial Management: Control costs, review P&L statements, and implement strategies to maximize profitability and growth.
• Team Development: Lead and inspire teams to achieve exceptional performance and cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
