Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a dynamic leader to recruit, motivate, and retain a frontline team focused on outstanding customer service and sales performance. You will manage physical assets, vendor relationships, and delinquency processes while driving best-in-class operational standards across the district.

You'll coach staff on service strategies, analyze trends, and implement improvements. A bachelor's degree is preferred, with real estate or retail leadership experience, and a Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in building, developing and retaining high-performing teams in a retail, service, hospitality or related industry
• Proven track record of top tier performance
• Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets
• Exceptional communication and time management skills
• Passion for sales and customer service excellence
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Weekend availability by telephone
• Occasional travel required to other markets for support

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an engaged front-line team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales.
• Coach team on customer service strategies and effective communication.
• Oversee physical assets, vendor management, and cleaning standards to maintain property condition and safety.
• Reduce delinquency through coaching and proactive tenant processes.
• Conduct monthly property audits and ensure operational standards are met.
• Drive district performance using analytics to identify trends and capitalize on opportunities.
• Ensure responsive handling of customer inquiries and concerns.
