Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team development in a retail/service environment.
• Strong track record of top-tier performance and sales results.
• Experience with operational audits and payroll budgets.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Passion for sales and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, motivate and retain a dedicated team of customer facing hourly front-line employees.
• Drive your team with effective communication and coaching on customer service and sales strategies.
• Manage assets, vendor relationships, and cleaning standards.
• Oversee delinquent tenant processes and coaching to reduce delinquencies.
• Conduct property audits and ensure safety and operational standards.
• Provide a welcoming, well-maintained environment and address customer inquiries.
• Drive business using analytics and communicate with customers and colleagues.
