Eurest, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a District Manager for Maryland to oversee multiple accounts and lead a diverse, cross-functional team. You will drive operational excellence, financial results, client relationships, and regulatory compliance across the territory.

Travel is extensive; a Bachelor’s degree or five years’ multi-unit leadership experience is required, with strong budgeting, people development, and negotiation skills to grow the business and protect quality standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or five years progressive experience in multi-unit food service, hospitality management, plant operations management, environmental services, or related area.
• Proven leadership with multi-unit management, budget control, and client relationships.
• Strong analytical, negotiating and communication skills; travel extensive.

Mansioni

• Leads, manages, and encourages a complementary team across districts to provide outstanding service.
• Drives profitability, safety, engagement, and client satisfaction across accounts.
• Owns financial results/P&L for districts; partners on forecasting and budgeting.
• Ensures compliance with regional/state policies; conducts audits and improvements.
• Collaborates with Sales, Retention, and Finance on proposals and programs.
