Eurest, a member of Compass Group USA, is seeking a District Manager to lead cross-functional teams across multiple accounts in your territory. You will drive operational excellence, growth, and client satisfaction while ensuring compliance with safety, QA, and financial objectives.

As a leader in business and industry dining, you will own the P&L for districts, mentor senior managers, collaborate with Sales, Retention, and Finance, and travel extensively to support sites and maintain strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years progressive multi‑unit experience in related fields.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
• Experience with contract and budget management.
• Excellent client relationships and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Resident District Managers and/or Directors of Dining Services and teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Drive profitability, safety and engagement metrics across districts.
• Participate in regional leadership discussions and share best practices.
• Own districts in the territory and assess risk/reward implications.
• Manage reporting, forecasting and budgeting with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Retention and Finance on proposals and proforms.
• Ensure compliance with regional/state policies and QA requirements.
