Jackson Hewitt - Headquarters is seeking a District Manager to lead and coach a high performing team across the district, driving results and client service excellence. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and P&L, while partnering with HR and operations to advance brand standards and growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, retail management experience, and a passion for developing talent across multiple locations within the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in retail management.
• Passion for mentoring and developing others is essential.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage local P&L, staffing, scheduling, store setup, operations and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure asset safety and compliance with company and safety standards.
• Build a high performing team through recruitment, guidance, training and development.
• Provide strategies for retention via development plans and high morale.
• Coach store leadership and empower others to achieve results.
• Set high standards and drive exceptional client service and profitability.
• Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash control for the district.
• Oversee branding and adherence to operational standards.
