Airgas is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple branches in Parkersburg, WV and nearby locations. You will drive safety, top-line growth, and EBITDA while managing sales teams, operations, and administrative staff in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires a track record in B2B sales leadership, P&L ownership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize customer satisfaction and profitability across the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; ideally 5+ years in relevant field.
• Proven history of advancing sustainable sales growth and profitability.
• Experience mentoring a team and managing P&L in B2B sales or distribution (industries gases/welding).
• Ability to lead diverse teams, align stakeholders, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel/Word) and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and motivate Branch, Administrative, Operating, and Sales teams within the District to achieve safety, growth, EBITDA, and operational targets.
• Execute district plans to meet customer needs and achieve core strategy goals.
• Oversee P&L for branches and manage key customer accounts as needed.
• Ensure safe operations and optimize branch assets for rapid market execution.
• Foster collaboration, communication, and excellent execution across the district.
