Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous management experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Background in retail or industrial distribution with team leadership.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and up to 125 lbs with assistive equipment.
• Proficient computer skills and aptitude for learning digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service for internal and external customers; advise on product, pricing and tech inquiries.
• Support outside sales in nurturing existing client relationships and welcoming new business.
• Ensure timely processing of daily financial transactions and bank deposits.
• Maintain accuracy of back order, open order, and PO expedite reports.
• Maintain appropriate cylinder and hard goods inventory levels for the branch.
• Lead training for inside sales on product knowledge, policies, safety and procedures.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews for branch staff.
• Bridge between employees and management to mentor performance with HR and leadership.
