You will align branches, optimize resources, and deliver exceptional customer service.

The position emphasizes P&L stewardship, strategic planning from the Region/Area, and ongoing development of staff and processes to sustain growth and market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (ideally 7+ years in a relevant field).
• Proven history of advancing sustainable sales success and profitable growth.
• Proven history of increasing responsibility in a B2B sales-related role or sales operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead a district-wide sales organization to drive safety, excellence, and high performance.
• Mentor and empower sales teams to reach full potential while maintaining safety and reliability.
• Provide P&L stewardship for assigned branches and territory to ensure long-term fiscal health.
• Cultivate exceptional customer service and product knowledge with a collaborative approach to problem resolution.
• Advocate for safety measures and ensure alignment with safety protocols across branches.
• Coordinate hiring, training, and management with Branch Managers; support outside sales with forecasts and data.
• Manage paperwork, inventory, pricing, and profitability to maintain operational health.
