Qualifications

• Experience advancing sustainable sales and profitable growth in B2B environments.
• Mentoring teams and P&L stewardship in distribution or related industries.

Responsabilités

• Provide diligent P&L stewardship for the assigned branches and territory.
• Cultivate exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive collaboration and problem resolution.
• Advocate for safety measures and ensure alignment with all safety protocols across locations.
• Partner with Branch Manager on hiring, training, and managing employees while supporting outside sales with data and forecasts.
