Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is hiring a Branch Manager for our Parkersburg, WV location. The role drives daily store operations, promotes sales, and ensures customer satisfaction while managing inventory and staff to meet safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must have prior management experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience in retail or industrial distribution is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and occasionally 125 lbs with equipment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations to meet sales and margin goals.
• Promote sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Nurture inventory levels and control expenses through purchasing support.
• Lead training for inside sales on product knowledge and safety policies.
• Coordinate timely processing of financial transactions and reports.
• Support outside sales in nurturing client relationships and new business opportunities.
• Conduct performance reviews and mentor staff with HR and management.
