Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a District Manager to lead a district of 8-16 stores in the United States. You will coach Store Managers, drive sales and profitability, and ensure visual and service standards across all locations.

You will analyze KPIs, recruit and retain leaders, and partner with regional leadership to align district goals with company strategy. Occasional travel within the district is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in business-related field.
• 3-5 years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
• Travel frequently within the district.
