Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a district of 8-16 stores, ensuring all operational and visual standards are met.
• Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning, effective execution, and team motivation.
• Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain Store Managers and Area Managers and develop future leaders.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Ensure all stores deliver consistent, outstanding customer service aligned with MINISO expectations.
• Implement and uphold all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Lead execution of merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives in the district.
• Partner with corporate and regional leadership to align district goals with MINISO's strategies.
• Drive loss prevention awareness and shrink reduction efforts across all locations.
