Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a District Manager to lead 8–16 stores across a geographic area, driving sales, profitability, and customer experience while upholding MINISO’s standards. You will coach Store Managers, manage visual standards, conduct regular visits, and partner with regional leadership to align district goals with company strategies.

Occasional travel is required. Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years multi-unit retail management; strong business acumen including P&L and labor control;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of multi-unit retail management experience; specialty or value retail preferred.
• Travel frequently within the assigned district.
• Strong P&L management and labor control experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a district of 8-16 stores, ensuring operational and visual standards are met (additional support from Area Manager when applicable).
• Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning, effective execution, and team motivation.
• Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing Store Managers and Area Managers.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and provide coaching.
• Ensure all stores deliver consistent, outstanding customer service aligned with MINISO expectations.
• Implement and uphold all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Lead execution of merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives in the district.
• Partner with corporate and regional leadership to align district goals with company strategies.
• Drive loss prevention awareness and shrink reduction efforts across all locations.
