MINISO is seeking a District Manager to lead a portfolio of stores across a defined geographic area, driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence. You will coach Store Managers, uphold visual standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with MINISO’s values.

Travel within the district is required as you supervise 8–16 stores, implement promotions, analyze KPIs, and ensure adherence to policies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the district.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a district of 8–16 stores, ensuring standards.
• Drive sales and profitability through planning and execution.
• Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify trends and improvements.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop store/area managers to support growth.
• Conduct regular store visits to coach performance and ensure compliance.
• Ensure consistent customer service and uphold company policies.
• Lead merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives district-wide.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to align district goals.
• Drive loss prevention and shrink reduction across locations.
