Job summary

MINISO is seeking a District Manager in the Las Vegas area to lead a district of 8–16 stores, driving sales and profitability while upholding standards. The role coaches Store Managers and aligns merchandising, marketing, and operations with company goals.

You will analyze financials, develop leaders, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across all locations. Occasional travel within the district is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a district of 8–16 stores with coaching of Store/Area Managers.
• Drive sales, profitability, and district initiatives across merchandising and marketing.
• Analyze KPIs and financial reports to guide improvement and growth.
• Recruit, train, and develop leadership talent to support rapid store expansion.
• Ensure consistent customer service and adherence to company standards.
• Travel frequently within the assigned district.
